Returns & Exchanges

At Embassy London USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique footwear; if you are not, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original branded box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
